National Puerto Rican Day Parade 2025

NEW YORK, NY (Sunday, June 08, 2025) –– The National Puerto Rican Day Parade 2025 in New York City took place on Sunday, June 8th, beginning at 11:00 am and spanning 35 city blocks, with Fifth Avenue serving as the main parade route.

The theme was “Plantando Bandera,” signifying the Puerto Rican community’s pride and contributions to society, both locally and globally.

The parade, which was hosted by ABC 7 New York, featured a grand marshal lineup including David Novarro, Joe Torres, and Sunny Hostin. Actor Luis Guzmán, known for his role in “Wednesday,” was crowned King of the parade. The parade celebrated the 68th anniversary of the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC.
